Jools Holland

jools_holland_rkbIn In March of 1974, Holland was a founding member of the British pop band Squeeze. He played keyboards with the band and helped them to achieve millions of record sales, before pursuing a solo career

Before he found fame with Squeeze, Jools worked as a studio musician. His first session was with Wayne County and The Electric Chairs in 1976

Holland has done an extensive amount of TV hosting and film composing and has an ongoing passion for music.

He was an interviewer during the filming of “The Beatles Anthology” in 1995

Holland has been co-author of several music books, and in 2007, he wrote about his exploits in the entertainment world entitled “Barefaced Lies and Boogie Woogie Boasts”
