Ian McLagan
McLagan started his musical career in the early 60’s playing a Hohner Cembalet in bands, before switching over to The Hammond organ and the Wurlitzer Electric Piano.
In 1965, he was asked to join The Small Faces with singer Steve Marriott. In 1969 Marriott left the band, and 2 new members came onboard, Rod Stewart and Ronnie Woods. They changed the band’s name to The Faces
After The Faces split up in 1975, McLagan became a session musician, and played with numerous bands as a sideman, including The Rolling Stones.
